Co-Creation Cycle Workshop with CDNET and ACTCOSS — July 2025

In July 2025, Cobeo partnered with the Community Development Network (CDNET) and ACTCOSS to deliver a workshop exploring the Cobeo Co-Creation Cycle. The three-hour learning experience introduced practical tools for inclusive co-creation, supporting participants to work more effectively across diverse perspectives and tackle complex challenges that can’t be solved alone.

The session brought together community practitioners, project managers, and team leaders who explored the stages of effective collaboration processes, reflected on personal strengths and challenges as collaborative practitioners, and applied research-backed frameworks to navigate collaborative dynamics. Participants developed strategies for bringing these approaches into their own contexts.

Feedback highlighted the value of connecting theory with lived experience. One participant reflected on “such an important way of working and being and understanding and sharing, in the community sector and in government.” Another reflected that the workshop “provides you the language and insights with which to approach collaboration, and the ability to reflect and identify tricky situations.”

This workshop was delivered in partnership with the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences and the Research School of Humanities and the Arts through the Collaborative Cultures Program, which subsidised places for community sector participants.
